No analysis, tracking or advertising services are used on this website. The website does not set cookies and does not store any information on the visitor's device. Fonts, symbols, scripts and images are delivered locally from your own web space; no external design, analysis or tracking CDNs are integrated.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, time, file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. The processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and technically error-free operation of the website. Server log data is retained only as long as necessary for operations, security and error analysis.

If you contact us by email, we will process your information to process the request. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual concerns and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR due to our legitimate interest in answering.

When submitting the interest form, we process first name, last name, email address, type of interest, expected number and the voluntary message. The information is sent via email to info@localaistick.com using a script on the web server. The form does not create its own customer database. However, the request remains in the email inbox and will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and possible pre-contractual communication and there are no legal retention requirements.

4. Principle of local processing in the application

LocalAIStick is designed for local and offline processing. Chat messages, documents, images and model requests are processed on the computer used during normal AI use. No user account is required for local inference.

The application does not contain any telemetry or analysis data transmission of its own and does not automatically connect to a LocalAIStick server without explicit action by the user.

5. Locally stored data

The application can store chat histories and titles, settings and system prompts, technical logs, and user-saved generated content on disk. This data is not automatically transmitted to the provider.

6. Attachments and Hardware Information

Images, text files and PDF documents are processed locally for the model request. For scanned PDFs, individual pages can temporarily be created as images. To select appropriate runtime options, LocalAIStick can locally read information about CPU, GPU, RAM and operating system.

7. Deletion and control

Chats can be deleted within the application. Settings, histories and logs can be removed by deleting the relevant local data. LocalAIStick does not automatically encrypt the USB stick; Users are responsible for the safe storage of the data carrier.

8. Rights of those affected

You have the legal rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Update

This notice will be updated if the website, the services used or the processing of personal data change.
